LET YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY IN ADVANCE WITH

AMSped pay is an advanced payment system which will allow your call operators to let your final customers process payments of every kinds. Prepaying an order that has to be shipped will significantly reduces returning orders.

How it works

During the phone call with the final customer, the call center operator will be able to send a message to the customer via: email, SMS or WhatsApp message.

Inside the sent message the customer will find a link that redirects to AMSped pay.

The customer just have to click the received link from his/her device.

Order recap

After clicking the link received via message, the customer instantly will have access to AMSped pay, where the order recap can be seen.

All the informations related to the customer and his/her address along with the list of products that compose the order will be shown in a recap table.

It will also be possible to show the customer the image of the product for greater transparency regarding what is about to be shipped, in order to counteract misleading.

Payment methods

After checking the the order’s recap, the customer will be able to choose between the different payment methods listed below, if previously enabled by the advertiser.

After selecting the payment method desired the customer will be redirected to the payment page of the selected gateway.

On this new page the customer can enter his/her credit card details in a secure and certified way.

At this moment the order status will automatically change to “AWAITING PAYMENT”.

step 4

Payment completion

Once the payment procedure is completed on the selected gateway website, the customer will be redirected again to AMSped pay which will notify the correct execution of the operation.

All orders paid with this procedure will automatically be confirmed and their status changed to “PREPAID”.

At the same time, the shipment will be sent out with a cash on delivery value (COD) equal to zero (€0.00).

AMSped pay not only guarantees customers the safety and speed of payments but also helps the advertiser reduce the percentage of returns and fight misleading.
